NYCO©IntenseCOLOR

Packaging products in a noble and environmentally friendly way is no longer a contradiction in terms. The NYCO©IntenseCOLOR Shrink Sleeve made of polyolefin offers 100% color coverage. Even containers with a high recycling content no longer have to come in drab colors - we simply dress them up! Thanks to a longitudinal perforation, the sleeve can be easily separated from the container and recycled.

Turn 2 into 1: Semi-rigid lid made of PP

In order to save material, the outer clamp lid is often dispensed with for dairy products and snacks. This can result in a lack of resealability, and the products are only inadequately protected after the first opening. NYCO's semi-rigid blanks are sealable, resistant to first opening, reclosable, hygienic and practical to handle.

By applying NYCO©3D-illusion, optical 3-dimensional effects are created on your shrink sleeve with technical finesse. When you touch the surface, it turns out that the 3-dimensional effect is imaginary - your brain can’t believe your eyes! Besides on shrink sleeves NYCO©3D-illusion can be applied on all NYCO products. It can be used as a special effect finishing or as a counterfeit protection.

This innovation was awarded the Swiss Packaging Award, the German Packaging Award and the World Star in 2021.

PP Peel High Barrier Film

NYCO has developed a sealing film made of polypropylene which, in combination with a PP container, is almost 100% recyclable. The film offers optimum protection against water vapor and oxygen. The puncture resistance is higher than with aluminum, and the white film also enables a great print image. The winner is the environment, because the CO2 footprint of the film is 70% lower than that of aluminum and requires a lower sealing temperature.

With the development of a special sleeve with light barrier protection, NYCO guarantees your product protection against loss of quality and facilitates recyclability thanks to the mono-material used. The sleeve can be applied to standard PET bottles using steam and hot air.
